Cancellation and Returns Policies

Cancellation Policy:  If you should need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required.  No shows and late rescheduling are disruptive to business and may incur a charge, or loss of a prepaid session.

Returns Policy:  Should you wish to return a product, the product needs to be received in a saleable condition.  We do not accept returns for a refund and will only offer Credit for unused products.  We need to be notified within 7 days of the purchase.  Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be presented in its original condition, with all seals and packaging unopened.  Once we receive the product, we will consider the condition before authorising acceptance of the return and will notify you within 5 working days.

Refunds Policy: Refunds will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances. Please state in writing, and a response will be replied to within 7 days.
